Disaster Restoration - For the Insured
Our customer call center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year at 866-267-4560. Remember, as the insured it is your right to choose the vendor. Keep in mind there is a distinct difference between an ordinary dry cleaner and a textile disaster restoration specialist.
When it is safe to do so, separate high priority items for you and your family. Rush priority items are those wardrobe and household items that will be delivered back to your temporary housing quarters within 24 hours from the time of pickup. It is important to select enough garments to last everyone in your household five to seven days. Don’t forget undergarments, shoes, belts, sleepwear, and should you have a special event coming up, any special affair attire. A member of the Davis Imperial Emergency Response Crew will guide you through the process and coordinate the next day’s delivery.
Second Priority Delivery
Think about the next two to three weeks; school, work, extracurricular activities, formal engagements, religious affairs etc, and set aside a second group of items for our emergency response crew for priority delivery within five days of pickup.

Remember your day-to-day responsibilities will remain the same but now you will have the additional responsibility of managing your claim. You can trust our Davis Imperial trained professionals will take exceptional care of all your textile restoration needs!
Tips to Avoiding Garment Damage
Separate wet similarly colored items. If non-colorfast dyes start to migrate they can cause permanent damage to other garments in their immediate vicinity. Keep all knit items flat, remove them from hangers and lay them out neatly on a flat surface to avoid them stretching out of shape. Time is of the essence, another reason why our immediate response is so important, within an hour our certified technicians will be en route to restore your clothes and do everything we can to get your life back to normal. Try to keep all items in their original location. It is important to quarantine contaminated textiles. Try your best to avoid temporarily placing items in your car or hotel room.
Don’t worry about documentation. Upon arrival our Davis Imperial Restoration Team will complete a detailed video and photographic analysis. In addition, a complete inventory will be sent to you within 14 days. Copies of all pictures and video are available upon request.
